Order Shipping Guidelines

Fulfillment Time

Most paid orders are processed, packed, and shipped within five business days after payment has been approved.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery usually requires 10–20 business days depending on destination country and carrier performance.

Every order includes a flat international shipping fee of $2.99 USD.

Worldwide Shipping

Correcting Shipping Details

Address correction requests must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the date the order is placed.

Once fulfillment begins, address updates may not be available.

Separate Billing and Shipping

Customers may enter a delivery address different from the payment billing address.

Business Day Processing

Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Weekend purchases are generally processed on the following business day.

Warehouse & Production Fulfillment

Depending on inventory, orders may ship from regional warehouse networks or directly from manufacturing facilities.
