How to Place an Order
Add your preferred products to the shopping cart.
Continue to checkout using PayPal or the standard checkout option.
Provide your email, full name, and shipping address.
Apply any available promotion code in the Discount field before payment.
Confirm the delivery address → submit payment details → select Complete Order.
Once the order is submitted, confirmation will display on the website and arrive by email. Support: service@nuvoriia.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Reach out to customer support and include:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
After the issue is confirmed, the correct product will be shipped free of charge. Email: service@nuvoriia.com
Confirming Your Order
Your order confirmation email contains your order number and purchase information. If it is not visible, please review your spam or junk folders.
Modifying an Order
Requests to modify an order must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After this deadline, changes may no longer be possible. Contact: service@nuvoriia.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Select available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Modify the Quantity field
Remove item: Select Remove

PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → sign into your account → confirm payment → return to confirmation.
Discount Codes
Type your promo code → click Apply → the discount will be shown in the order total.
